Ours change lives.
This year marks the 10th season of Proud Fathers For Daughters (PFFD) — a
one-of-a-kind event that celebrates the unbreakable bond between fathers and daughters
while empowering girls across India to dream bigger.
Proud Fathers for Daughters began in 2014, following the heartbreaking Nirbhaya
incident, which profoundly impacted the nation and emphasized the importance of valuing
our daughters. The event was conceptualized by the founder of Project Nanhi Kali, Anand
Mahindra, and renowned photographer Atul Kasbekar.
For the past decade, some of India's most celebrated photographers have come together
annually to capture portraits that speak louder than words — fathers standing proudly
beside their daughters. These portraits transcend the moment they capture; each
registration for the event helps fund the education of an underserved girl, enabling her
to learn, grow, and build the life she deserves.
This year, stand in the frame. Let your love for your father or daughter tell a story
the world needs to see. Join Proud Fathers For Daughters.
